Guarantee & Returns Information
All engraved items are non-returnable, non-refundable. Please double check your spelling and engraving information before you finalize your order. Please keep in mind that spelling errors on your order do not constitute errors on our part if we engrave the item correctly according to your order. If we make a spelling error on your order, we will re-engrave that item to your specifications and ship a new piece. Engraved items are subject to a character limit (characters include punctuation and spaces along with letters) to best serve the customer. If the inscription is over the character limit, we cannot guarantee the quality of the engraving. The longer engraving over the character limit, the smaller the inscription size. Follow the instructions below for obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
If you order items that are not engraved and you wish to return them, you may do so within 20 days of purchase.
You must return the item in perfect condition unused and undamaged in its original packaging along with a copy of your online invoice to receive your credit. Special order items, items that show signs of wear or items that have been altered or sized are not covered by this return policy.
Packages that are undeliverable or refused upon delivery will be subject to an additional charge of $20, which will be deducted from the credit. Refused packages that contain engraved items will not be credited.
You must contact EngravingShop.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Items that arrive without a valid RA# clearly visible on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender. For your RA#, please call 785-621-2730 or email us at email@example.com. Be sure to give your invoice number AND item numbers for those being returned when obtaining your RA#.

Orders are guaranteed to be shipped by the method specified, however, especially during busy times, please allow up to 4 business days for processing and engraving before shipping. Orders are NOT processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders that are placed late on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will be processed on the following business day. We do not assume any liability for packaged delayed due to shipping problems or adverse weather conditions. Packages that are refused upon delivery or undeliverable packages will be subject to an additional refusal charge of $20, which will be deducted from the credit. Please be sure your address information is complete and correct before submitting your order.
For check orders, please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of deposit for engraving and shipping. We do not hold inventory for check orders.
If your order is to be shipped to an alternate address OR if you received an address mis-match error on your order, we must contact you to properly verify the cardholder information with the issuing bank.
To avoid delays in processing your order, please provide all your billing information, including the billing phone number, accurately when ordering. Please also include a daytime phone number where you can be reached Monday-Friday. This will help expedite the verification process. Your billing phone must be the same number the bank has on file for the credit card you use. Please call your issuing bank to update any old information before you order.
The additional steps we must now take to properly verify your order will take time. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for a delay in your order due to an inability to contact you or to properly verify the order. If you need your order expedited, we suggest you have your order shipped to the billing address on file with the credit card you are using.
