Guarantee & Returns Information

Engraved Items

All engraved items are non-returnable, non-refundable. Please double check your spelling and engraving information before you finalize your order. Please keep in mind that spelling errors on your order do not constitute errors on our part if we engrave the item correctly according to your order. If we make a spelling error on your order, we will re-engrave that item to your specifications and ship a new piece. Follow the instructions below for obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Non-Engraved Items

If you order items that are not engraved and you wish to return them, you may do so within 30 days of purchase.

You must return the item in perfect condition unused and undamaged in its original packaging along with a copy of your online invoice to receive your credit. Special order items, items that show signs of wear or items that have been altered or sized are not covered by this return policy.

Sending Returns

Packages that are undeliverable or refused upon delivery will be subject to an additional charge of $20, which will be deducted from the credit. Refused packages that contain engraved items will not be credited.

You must contact EngravingShop.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Items that arrive without a valid RA# clearly visible on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender. For your RA#, please call 785-621-2730 or email us at mailto:engraving@engravingshop.com?Subject=Return Authorization Request. Be sure to give your invoice number AND item numbers for those being returned when obtaining your RA#.

Be sure to insure all shipments for the full purchase price as we will not be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Questionable packages will be refused so be sure to pack your item in a crush-resistant box.

Please allow up to 20 days for us to process your return credit.

Order Processing

Orders are guaranteed to be shipped by the method specified, however, especially during busy times, please allow up to 4 business days for processing and engraving before shipping. Orders are NOT processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders that are placed late on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will be processed on the following business day. We do not assume any liability for packaged delayed due to shipping problems or adverse weather conditions. Packages that are refused upon delivery or undeliverable packages will be subject to an additional refusal charge of $20, which will be deducted from the credit. Please be sure your address information is complete and correct before submitting your order.

For check orders, please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of deposit for engraving and shipping. We do not hold inventory for check orders.

Shipping Rates & Details

Shipping rates and methods apply to orders shipped within the 48-Contiguous United States. Prices are based on weights and values of the packages shipped via UPS daily pick-up rates. A $1.50 handling charge applies. For non-US orders, please email engraving@engravingshop.com or call 785-621-2730 for a shipping and handling quote. We also do not send glass through express shipment.  We are not responsible for delays caused by our shipper.

Orders to AK, HI, Military Addresses or the Virgin Islands will be shipped via Insured Mail. Some orders containing glass items may ship via Insured Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard ground shipping time. Expedited shipping service will require additional shipping charges. Your packages will be shipped from Kansas. Please select your shipping method accordingly.

Free Shipping Terms

Free shipping will apply to orders of $65.00 or more (including product charges, engraving charges and any discounts being applied) within the United States. Ground orders under $65.00 will be subject to a flat $8.95 Shipping & Handling fee. Orders shipped with the Free Shipping offer will be shipped either by UPS Ground or the US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please watch your email for a shipping confirmation and tracking number. On orders with returns bringing the total below $65.00, an $8.95 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the return credit.

Order Verifications

If your order is to be shipped to an alternate address OR if you received an address mis-match error on your order, we must contact you to properly verify the cardholder information with the issuing bank.

To avoid delays in processing your order, please provide all your billing information, including the billing phone number, accurately when ordering. Please also include a daytime phone number where you can be reached Monday-Friday. This will help expedite the verification process. Your billing phone must be the same number the bank has on file for the credit card you use. Please call your issuing bank to update any old information before you order.

The additional steps we must now take to properly verify your order will take time. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for a delay in your order due to an inability to contact you or to properly verify the order. If you need your order expedited, we suggest you have your order shipped to the billing address on file with the credit card you are using.
